Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Design Cafe's Chembur Center in Mumbai, your role as an Individual Contributor will be crucial in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with prospects. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Building a robust pipeline and cultivating lasting relationships with potential customers - Ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every prospective customer starting from their initial interaction with us - Achieving sales targets by collaborating with a talented team of interior designers - Delivering top-notch customer service by demonstrating passion and dedication towards customer satisfaction - Utilizing your experience in customer relationship management and sales team leadership to meet defined sales objectives - Demonstrating a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer needs, delivering results, and implementing innovative ideas in a dynamic work environment - Being an effective communicator capable of seamless collaboration with customers, colleagues, business partners, and vendors Requirements for this role include: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - 2 to 3 years of prior experience in B2C sales with a track record of meeting minimum monthly targets - Strong listening and presentation abilities - Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills Qualifications: - A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education) - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role - Proficiency in written and verbal communication - Previous experience in industries such as Interior Design Firms, Real Estate, Ed tech, Retail, or Automotive would be advantageous If you meet the qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, please share your CV with rajshree.dayal@designcafe.com.,
