Job Description

LT & HT electrical panels

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for
LT & HT panels
to achieve revenue targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities in
industries, EPC contractors, utilities, and OEMs
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, electrical contractors, and end customers
Prepare and negotiate
techno-commercial proposals
, tenders, and pricing
Coordinate with
design, estimation, and production teams
to ensure accurate project execution
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Ensure timely order booking, payment follow-ups, and customer satisfaction
Lead, guide, and support the sales team (for senior-level candidates)
Participate in project reviews, site meetings, and client discussions
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
LT & HT Panels
(PCC, MCC, VFD Panels, APFC, HT Switchgear, etc.)
Understanding of
electrical standards
(IEC, IS, IEEE – basic knowledge preferred)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to read and understand
single-line diagrams (SLD)
and technical specifications
Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus

Qualification

BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
MBA (Marketing) – preferred but not mandatory
