Job Description

As a Sales Manager in the FMCG/Dairy industry, your primary responsibility will be to drive milk sales volume and revenue in line with the annual business plan. You will be tasked with expanding the distributor and retail network within your assigned territory, ensuring that numeric & weighted distribution targets are achieved. Monitoring secondary sales, route efficiency, and supply chain execution will also be crucial aspects of your role. Building and strengthening relationships with distributors, retailers, and exclusive franchise partners will be key to your success in this position. You will be expected to lead, motivate, and train sales officers and field staff to develop a high-performance sales culture within the team. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in FMCG/Dairy Sales, with specific experience in the Dairy industry. A strong understanding of B2C, Retail Sales, distribution, and supply chain activities will be essential. Additionally, your ability to effectively manage large teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders will play a vital role in achieving the objectives of the business.,
