Sales Manager | CTC up to 4.00 LPA

We are looking for a results-oriented sales manager to oversee our team, develop strategies, boost revenue, and guarantee outstanding customer service and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve goals and increase earnings.
• Create, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep abreast of market developments and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Adhere to all industry regulations and provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).
• Over 2 years of sales experience, with at least 6 months of management experience in the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Compensation up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
• Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
