Sales Manager (Counter Sales)

You will be responsible for managing in-store customer interactions, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction as a Sales Manager - Counter Sales. This front-facing role is ideal for someone with a strong personality and sales acumen. Your key responsibilities will include greeting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, recommending products, upselling based on customer preferences, managing daily counter sales and billing operations, maintaining stock display and showroom cleanliness, generating sales reports, assisting with daily targets, ensuring smooth customer service, post-sale support, and handling basic administrative duties related to sales. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in counter or retail sales, excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and a customer-centric approach.
