Job Description

Job Description: You will be working as a Sales Manager in Kerala for a leading elevator manufacturing and service company. Your role will involve leading and managing a team of 10-15 sales executives in the state to drive business growth and revenue. You should have strong leadership skills with experience in B2B or industrial sales, and be capable of building relationships with key decision-makers and managing a geographically distributed team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10-15 sales executives across Kerala. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. - Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and consultants. - Conduct regular client visits and support the sales team in closing deals. - Monitor and evaluate team performance through reports and field feedback. - Collaborate with internal teams for project coordination and client servicing. - Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance updates. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or elevator/escalator industry. - Proven leadership and team management experience. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software preferred.,
