Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Consumer Durables, your role will involve achieving consumer durable and similar products volume targets, as well as cross-selling other products by effectively managing relationships with authorized dealers, including large format stores. You will be responsible for recruiting and training a sales team to drive business dealer counters. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead a team of DST to meet individual and team business goals - Identify distribution gaps and growth opportunities, and implement strategies to increase distribution - Generate revenue through cross-selling company products - Identify and cultivate new relationships with dealers to drive business growth - Provide supervision and guidance to the sales team in managing dealer relationships Qualifications Required: - Graduate or MBA - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management - Strong customer relationship management skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Proficiency in relationship management - Demonstrated integrity and willingness to take on new roles and responsibilities This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company by effectively managing relationships, driving sales, and expanding distribution channels.,
