Job Description Sales Manager (Hotels & Resorts Industry) Position: Sales Manager Location: Coimbatore Experience: 5+ Years Industry: Hotels & Resorts Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our hotel/resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for corporate sales, travel agent partnerships, event sales, and online distribution, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Generation Develop and implement sales strategies to increase room bookings and event sales. Identify and target corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and event planners . Drive MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) sales for the hotel/resort. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry demand to optimize revenue. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and online travel agencies (OTAs) . Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site visits to generate business. Negotiate and close long-term contracts with travel partners and corporate clients. Strategic Business Development Develop seasonal offers, loyalty programs, and promotional packages to attract customers. Work with event organizers, wedding planners, and travel influencers to boost bookings. Explore new revenue streams such as staycations, corporate retreats, and F&B packages. Reporting & Performance Monitoring Track KPIs like room occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room), and customer acquisition costs . Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present performance insights to management. Analyze guest feedback to improve service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Role & responsibilities
