Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Single Use CGT Therapy. Your role will involve identifying key clients and prospects in hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical companies. Additionally, you will lead and manage the sales team, build relationships with stakeholders, conduct market research, negotiate contracts, monitor sales performance, work with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, and oversee post-sales support for customer satisfaction and retention.
