Clean Room Technician

Role Overview: As a Clean Room Technician at our company, you will be responsible for supporting production and manufacturing operations in a controlled cleanroom environment. Your role will require basic mechanical aptitude and the flexibility to work in shifts as per production requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain cleanroom machinery and equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and cleanroom protocols to ensure product quality. - Handle raw materials, components, and finished products in a contamination-free manner. - Monitor and maintain cleanroom cleanliness, air filtration systems, and safety standards. - Perform routine inspections, documentation, and reporting of production activities. - Assist in machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. - Collaborate with production supervisors and quality teams to achieve manufacturing goals. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
