Sales Manager-Car Loans

As a Sales Manager - Car Loans in the Retail Banking department at our company, your primary responsibilities will include: - Acquiring car loan customers in the identified segment - Meeting and exceeding the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer - Providing regular feedback to Relationship Managers on opportunities and customer needs - Ensuring adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization - Ensuring strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations - Ensuring quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy Additionally, you will have the following secondary responsibilities: - Creating an environment for the team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically - Driving initiatives to meet the Bank's rapid growth targets Key Success Metrics for this role will include: - Disbursals - Growth metrics - File to disbursal conversion Join us in our mission to provide exceptional car loan services to our customers across India.,
