Sales Manager - Business Loans - Channel - Coimbatore - Supraaja Towers - J Grades

As a Sales Manager for Retail loan products, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and ensure that business targets are consistently achieved. You will be required to aggressively pursue sales numbers and meet targets through cross-selling while also focusing on enhancing and upgrading client relationships. A key aspect of your role will involve retaining and expanding the company's customer base for retail loan products, thereby ensuring repeat business and referrals. You will be expected to maximize sales through a strong network and relationships, as well as develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients to drive repeat business. In addition, you will need to oversee the end-to-end process of file processing from the login stage to disbursement, including liaising with internal departments such as Operations and Credit for seamless completion. Managing a team of relationship managers effectively will be crucial to optimizing team productivity and achieving desired results. Collaboration with the team on ground lead generation activities for sales, as well as leading and supervising the team for the implementation of growth strategies through training, motivation, and deployment, will be essential parts of your role. Staying updated on market trends and competitor intelligence will enable you to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Your insights into the markets, competition, processes, and available products will be valuable in providing constructive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Ideally, you should hold a Post Graduate/ Graduate degree in any discipline to excel in this role.,
