About the Role

BOP Realty is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, grow revenue, and strengthen our presence in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, recruit, and train a team of real estate agents.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and developers.
  • Oversee lead generation, client follow-ups, and deal closures.
  • Prepare sales reports and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of real estate sales or sales management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets.
  • Proficient with CRM and sales tools.
