Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida Sector 135. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations, developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, setting sales goals, and tracking sales performance. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience and team leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and goals
  • Experience in building client relationships and identifying sales opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics
  • A bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry is a Plus.
