Job Description: As a Counselor, your role involves counseling elderly persons or their relatives over the phone or scheduling assessment visits. You will also be required to meet clients at their preferred locations and provide them with necessary information. Generating referrals from existing clientele and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, doctors, hospital authorities, nursing home officials, and existing clients will be key responsibilities. Additionally, visiting hospitals and corporates will be part of your routine activities. It is important to report daily activities, leads generated, follow-ups, enrollments, etc., in the CRM system for effective tracking and management.
