Experience: 2–3 years in B2B Sales (Poultry/Animal Feed preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert prospects in poultry farms, feed distributors, and agri-partners
• Regular field visits and relationship-building with clients and partners
• Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant feed/protein solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare market reports and competitor analysis
• Represent the company at trade shows or client meetings when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (Poultry/Agri/Feed industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and ready to travel frequently within assigned locations
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Nepali or Bengali is a plus
• Basic knowledge of poultry farming/feed industry is an added advantage
