Job Description — Sales Manager (Raipur)
Position: Sales Manager
Location: Civil Lines , Raipur

Role Summary:
The Sales Manager at Babulal Jewellers will lead the showroom sales team to achieve
monthly sales targets, ensure premium customer service, and maintain strong client
relationships. The role involves developing sales strategies, training staff on the product
knowledge and customer handling, and ensuring that every customer receives a personalized and memorable buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive showroom sales to meet and exceed targets.
Lead, train, and motivate sales executives and greeters.
Build relationships with repeat and high-value clients.
Monitor inventory display and showroom presentation.
Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of jewellery or luxury retail sales experience.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
Good understanding of diamonds, gold, and precious stones is a plus.
