Role Description

The Sales Manager – B2B Ingredients is a full-time, on-site role located in Baddi. The role involves managing and expanding the sales of Cosmetic & Personal Care, Oral, and Home Care ingredients. Daily tasks will include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing team and contribute to strategic planning, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, particularly in Cosmetic & Personal Care, Oral, and Home Care ingredients
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the ingredients industry and regulatory standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to travel as required by the role
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Experience in the import/export and distribution of ingredients is a plus
