Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Delhi and Delhi NCR

Salary: 65,000 - 95,000 per month and also no bar for the right candidate

Industry Preference: Packaging Industry, Paper Bags, Pouch Bags, Non-Woven Bags (specific), Rice Bags

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager with 5-10 years of sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be eager to take on new challenges, and be comfortable with traveling state-to-state for client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and filter sales data as per company requirements.

Convert available leads into successful business opportunities.

Conduct client visits as and when required.

Achieve and exceed sales targets (to be decided post-interview).

Handle all lost clients and work towards regaining their business.

Utilize company catalogs to convert business efficiently.

Manage end-to-end client handling from initial contact to closing deals.

Work on lead conversion strategies and client acquisition techniques.

Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

Be proactive in learning and implementing new strategies to enhance business growth.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 5-10 years in sales, preferably in packaging, paper bags, pouch bags, non-woven bags, or rice bag industries.

Skills: Strong lead conversion, client handling, and business development skills.

Travel: Willingness to travel state-to-state for client meetings.

Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Target-Oriented: Ability to work in a target-based role and meet deadlines.

Learning Attitude: Keen to learn new strategies to boost business performance.
