Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Improd Technologies LLP, your role is crucial in leading the growth of automation solutions in India. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building key relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets to contribute to long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies for automation products. - Build and manage key relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and end-users across industries. - Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the automation space. - Lead technical discussions, product presentations, and commercial negotiations. - Work closely with global principals and internal teams for solution delivery and after-sales support. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to long-term business growth. Qualifications & Experience: - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related engineering field. - 5-10 years of experience in sales of automation, robotics, or industrial products. - Strong understanding of automation systems, robotics applications, and industrial sales cycles. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.
