Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Improd Technologies LLP, your role will involve leading the growth of automation solutions in India by expanding the automation portfolio with world-class brands like Applied Robotics (Effecto USA), DH-Robotics China, FOYE China, and Grip GmbH Germany. With your strong technical sales expertise in automation and robotics, you will drive business growth, manage customer relationships, and develop strategies to strengthen the market presence in the automation sector. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies for automation products. - Build and manage relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and end-users in various industries. - Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in automation. - Lead technical discussions, product presentations, and commercial negotiations. - Collaborate with global principals and internal teams for solution delivery and after-sales support. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to long-term business growth. Qualifications & Experience: - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related engineering field. - 5-10 years of experience in sales of automation, robotics, or industrial products. - Strong understanding of automation systems, robotics applications, and industrial sales cycles. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.
