Sales Manager (Audio Visual Industry)

We are seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to oversee Audio-Visual (AV) Sales operations in Maharashtra, with the position based in Pune. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales activities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the region. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Acquiring new customers through direct sales efforts. - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational and personal sales targets. - Understanding client requirements and providing them with tailored AV solutions. - Identifying and converting new business opportunities into long-term clients. - Conducting product demonstrations based on individual customer needs. - Travelling throughout Maharashtra to nurture customer relationships. - Monitoring the sales pipeline and utilizing data for informed decision-making. - Promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate should possess: - At least 2 years of experience in AV sales, integration, or design projects. - Proficiency in sales techniques and client management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt to frequent travel and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and analyzing sales data. - Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. - Experience in overseeing AV projects from inception to completion. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
