As a Territory Manager for Audio-Visual (AV) Sales in Pune, Maharashtra, your role will involve managing sales, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Bringing in new customers through direct sales efforts. - Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company and personal targets. - Understanding client needs and providing tailored AV solutions. - Identifying new business opportunities and converting them into clients. - Conducting product demonstrations based on specific customer requirements. - Traveling across Maharashtra to nurture customer relationships. - Monitoring the sales pipeline and utilizing data for informed decision-making. - Promptly addressing any customer inquiries or issues. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience in AV sales, integration, or design projects. - Proficiency in sales techniques and client management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfort with frequent travel and multitasking. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales data analysis. - Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets. - Previous experience in overseeing AV projects from inception to completion. - Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented capabilities. This is a full-time, permanent position offering Provident Fund benefits with a day shift schedule. Your work location will be in person.
