Sales Manager (Apprenticeship)

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and growing our partner network while achieving business targets. Who Can Apply: Only freshers from batch 2023, 2024, and 2025 can apply. with no prior work experience are eligible. If the candidate has any prior experience, they should not have a PF account. Key Responsibilities: Formulate and implement effective sales plans for partners to achieve sales targets. Lead, motivate, and train partners to maximize performance. Set and monitor clear objectives to ensure partners consistently achieve agreed-upon sales targets. Assist partners in generating leads, tracking prospects, and closing sales successfully. Support partners in upselling and cross-selling to customers based on their needs. Facilitate ongoing training for partners to ensure a highly productive sales channel at all times. Collect regular feedback from partners and customers regarding satisfaction with the selling process and products. Review partners’ sales plans regularly and provide support to drive their growth.
