The role would involve driving property sales through direct and channel partners, managing client relationships, and developing market penetration strategies. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, analysing market trends, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish. Ideal candidates have strong sales and negotiation skills, market intelligence, and relevant experience in the luxury or real estate sectors.
• Sales and revenue generation: Drive property sales through both direct client engagement and a network of channel partners.
• Strategy and planning: Develop and execute market penetration strategies, analyze market dynamics, and contribute to sales planning for new launches.
• Channel partner management: Register, train, and support channel partners, and motivate them to achieve sales targets.
• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Partner & client sourcing: Build a strong network of channel partners and prospective clients in the assigned geography, drive conversions through virtual inventory presentations, and ensure timely closure of remote property deals.
• Performance and data analysis: Track sales performance, monitor competitor activity, and use data-driven insights to make strategic interventions and meet revenue goals.
• Operational oversight: Manage sales closure processes, oversee budget control, and ensure adherence to price deviations and payment plans.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in market analysis and real estate sales.
• Strategic planning and execution.
• Experience with channel partner management and direct sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
