Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Manager located in Faizabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing reports and forecasts, and analyzing market trends. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for mentoring team members and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and sales management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills and understanding of market trends
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
