About the Role

As a Sales Manager for Adaptive MDR, you will be responsible for driving sales of Netenrich s Adaptive MDR solutions. This role demands a strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, security operations, and managed detection response services, coupled with the ability to engage with enterprise customers, articulate value propositions, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Identify, qualify, and engage ` customers for Adaptive MDR solutions
  • Conduct compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-value discussions
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including negotiation, contract closure, and account expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and competitive offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, managed security services (MSSP), or security operations
  • Proven track record in selling security solutions like MDR, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, or XDR
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to engage C-suite and security decision-makers
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Expertise

  • Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and security analytics platforms
  • Understanding of SOC operations, threat intelligence, and incident response
  • Experience in Enterprise sales and building strategic partnerships
  • Ability to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
