Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Academic Manager to oversee the entire sales and counseling process. This role is not about lead generation. The ideal candidate will focus on premium counseling, handling HNI clients, and guiding students toward enrollment by showcasing the real value of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end sales process from inquiry to successful enrollment.
• Provide effective counseling sessions to students and HNI clients in line with the academy’s core values.
• Lead and manage the academic sales and counseling team.
• Organize events, seminars, and workshops to support student acquisition.
• Coordinate between sales, academics, and operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Track sales performance and improve closing ratios.
• Build long-term trust and relationships with students and clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in academic sales, education counseling, or training industry.
• Proven ability to handle HNI clients with confidence and professionalism.
• Candidates with stock market or financial knowledge will be most preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Team management and event organization experience.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
