Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse clients
• Proficiency in Sales and Account Management, including an understanding of client needs and handling property transactions
• Ability and willingness to participate in Training programs and apply new skills to achieve growth objectives
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the real estate market or experience in the industry is a plus
