We are searching for Brand Advocates and Lifestyle Consultants who will represent the brands "Tyaani" and provide customers with "The Tyaani experience". Your role involves interacting with customers to comprehend their needs, advising them on the most suitable products, and driving sales. You will assist customers throughout the purchasing journey, which includes detailing product characteristics, design, pricing, and delivery choices. Your responsibilities also include promptly addressing customer queries to ensure their satisfaction and nurturing strong relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business. As an exceptional Sales Consultant, you should possess a keen eye for fashion and a genuine enthusiasm for our brand and products. Previous experience or a strong interest in luxury Fashion, Jewellery, or Lifestyle brands is preferred. You should be highly motivated, customer-oriented, dedicated, and target-driven.
