Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Leader based in Gurugram. The Sales Leader will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, devising sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, providing customer service, and maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. The role requires active involvement in sales activities, client meetings, and the continuous enhancement of team performance.
