You are looking for a Business Development / Client Acquisition Manager role with a focus on sales for IT contract staffing services in Pune. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively identifying, targeting, and engaging potential clients for IT contract staffing solutions - Building a pipeline of high-quality leads and converting them into long-term clients - Developing strategies to penetrate key accounts and establish business relationships with decision-makers - Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets - Leading the complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale engagement - Researching the IT staffing market to understand trends and client demands - Developing tailored solutions and sales pitches aligned with client needs - Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients - Representing the company at industry events to promote IT contract staffing services - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Prerequisites for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Sales, or a related field - 15+ years of total experience in sales with 8+ years in IT contract staffing in India - Proven track record in acquiring new customers and closing deals in the IT staffing industry - Strong understanding of the IT contract staffing landscape - Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills - Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability - Experience using CRM tools for sales process management Horizontal, established since 2003 in the US, consists of Horizontal Digital and Horizontal Talent.
