Sales Lead India - Polymer and Crystallization

As a Sales Lead India - Polymer and Crystallization at Sulzer, you will be responsible for promoting Sulzer's Polymer and Crystallizer solutions in India through direct customer engagement, presentations, and marketing initiatives. You will manage relationships with existing key accounts, identify and develop new customers and markets, and coordinate with regional offices and headquarters for timely proposal preparation. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining the CRM system, assisting in project execution, representing the company at industry fairs and conferences, and supporting procurement activities. You will collaborate closely with the Project Management team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should hold a BE in Chemical/Polymer with at least 9 years of relevant work experience. Strong communication, adaptability, interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric mindset are essential qualities for success in this position. The work location for this role is Kharadi, Pune. Please note that no visa or work permit support can be provided for this position.
