Role Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies. Participate in market research and competitor analysis. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Help prepare sales presentations and proposals for potential clients. Support coordination of fashion shows and promotional events. Maintain and update the customer database. Assist in tracking sales progress and preparing reports. Provide insights on market trends and customers responses. Enhance brand awareness through social media engagement. Contribute to team meetings and share innovative ideas. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns. Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery. Participate in networking events and represent the company. Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups with clients. Learn about the latest products and services offered by the company. Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong interest in the fashion industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive in approaching tasks. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and principles. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Previous internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good presentation skills and ability to engage an audience. Passion for customer service and client satisfaction. Availability to work on-site at our Santacruz office for 3 months.
