     by offering support, relevant information, and timely communication.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends

    , competitors, and market activities to identify new product or service opportunities.
  5. Prepare reports

     by collecting, analyzing, and organizing data to support the sales team’s decision-making.
  6. Ensure quality service

     by following and upholding organizational standards and guidelines.
