About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or students who want to gain hands-on experience in the sales and business development process within the lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Help manage client databases and maintain up-to-date records.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to understand product details.
• Attend client meetings (with senior team members) to learn negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities.
• Follow up with leads and assist in converting prospects into customers.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Post Graduate (MBA or similar fields preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Interest in sales and business development.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
