Job Description – Growth Intern

We work with top private universities and are expanding rapidly across India and abroad.We are looking for a Growth Intern to join our team and work closely with the CEO and sales team to fuel our outreach and market expansion.What You’ll DoConduct market research on universities, colleges, and the higher education ecosystem.Identify and build a database of potential prospects.Support selective outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, calls).Assist in preparing pitches and presentations for prospects.Track outreach progress and report on leads & opportunities.Who You AreStudent or recent graduate interested in startups, sales, or growth strategy.Strong research and communication skills.Comfortable using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, CRM (if familiar).Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup.What We OfferStipend of ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month.Hands-on experience in B2B sales and growth.Mentorship directly from the Founder & core team.Opportunity to convert into a full-time role with career growth in business development.
