As we continue to expand, we’re looking for driven and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our dynamic team and help us grow by bringing in new clients.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive at Falcron Digital, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our digital marketing services, and closing deals. Whether you're looking for commission-based incentives (10-20% per sale) or a fixed salary structure—we offer both options to fit your working style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads through outbound efforts (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, networking, etc.)
• Understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (experience in digital marketing sales is a big plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, paid ads, social media, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline

Compensation Options:

• Commission-Based:
• Earn 10-20% commission on each successful sale
• High-income potential with uncapped commissions

• Fixed monthly salary (based on experience)
