As we continue to expand, we’re looking for driven and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our dynamic team and help us grow by bringing in new clients. Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at Falcron Digital, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our digital marketing services, and closing deals. Whether you're looking for commission-based incentives (10 - 20% per sale) or a fixed salary structure—we offer both options to fit your working style. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads through outbound efforts (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, networking, etc.) Understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships Negotiate and close sales deals Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding Requirements: Proven experience in sales (experience in digital marketing sales is a big plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, paid ads, social media, etc.) Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline Compensation Options: Commission-Based: Earn 10 - 20% commission on each successful sale High-income potential with uncapped commissions Salary-Based: Fixed monthly salary (based on experience) Performance bonuses and incentives We’re flexible—choose the structure that suits you best.
