Job Description

Position: Sales Intern

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday fixed off

Duration: 3 Months Internship

Incentives: Monthly performance-based incentives

PPO Opportunity: Performance-based Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) of ₹4.5 LPA (Fixed)


Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through calls, messages, and online platforms
  • Explain products/services to potential customers
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
  • Maintain sales records and update CRM/Excel sheets
  • Coordinate with the sales team for planning and strategy
  • Provide regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions


Skills Required

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
  • Confidence while talking to customers
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets)
