Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Interns to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective candidates, explaining our programs, and ensuring successful conversions. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on sales experience while working flexibly from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 15 successful calls daily to prospective candidates.
• Explain Career Cracker Academy’s services and guide candidates through the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Build and nurture relationships with interested candidates to ensure conversions.
• Work closely with the team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Laptop/PC and reliable internet connection.
• Available to dedicate a few hours daily for calls (flexible timing).
