Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate Intern who is enthusiastic about real estate and has strong communication skills. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — handling inquiries, building trust over calls, and guiding them through property options. This internship offers hands-on experience in the real estate industry, with the opportunity for a full-time position based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls and follow-up on leads Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties Convert inquiries into qualified prospects through effective communication Maintain call records, lead tracking, and customer data Coordinate with the sales team for property site visits and meetings Assist with day-to-day client management and relationship building What We’re Looking For: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Passion for real estate and customer interaction Ability to think on your feet and handle objections Fluency in English and Hindi Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn Basic knowledge of Gurugram’s real estate landscape (preferred but not mandatory) Perks & Growth: Internship certificate & letter of recommendation Real-world sales experience in a competitive sector Exposure to premium residential and commercial properties High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role with performance incentives Show more Show less
