Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Design incentive programs for various sales functions aligned with business KPIs — driving both volume and quality.
  • Deep dive into sales funnels and identify drop-offs, bottlenecks, and high-leverage behaviours to incentivize.
  • Run simulations and build ROI models for new or adjusted incentive plans.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders, HR, Finance, and BI teams to operationalize the incentives — from design to payout.
  • Monitor program performance — set up dashboards and frameworks to track effectiveness and cost.
  • Identify and mitigate unintended consequences or gaming behaviour driven by poor incentive logic.
  • Run A/B experiments and iterate quickly to improve program design.
  • Conduct regular feedback loops with sales reps, team leads, and managers to ensure incentives are grounded in reality.
