Sales Human Resources

You will be responsible for finding clients for new vacancies and performing business development activities. Your main role will involve managing HR activities related to the sales department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. You will need to develop and implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support personnel management to enhance employee satisfaction and performance.
