Urgent Hiring: Sales Head Warehousing Express Logistics

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: 80,000 – 1,00,000/month (Based on experience & interview performance)

Warehousing Express Logistics is actively seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead and expand our sales function. The ideal candidate must have 15+ years of experience in logistics/warehousing sales, with at least 10 years in 3PL services.

Candidates from sales background with experience in these companies will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify target markets, develop sales strategies, and set achievable goals.

Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.

New Business Development: Generate leads, deliver compelling pitches, and close high-value deals.

Client Relationship Management: Retain key accounts and identify growth opportunities.

Pipeline & Forecast Management: Track opportunities, monitor performance, and generate forecasts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, marketing, and support teams.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 15 years in logistics/warehousing/supply chain sales, with 8+ years in 3PL.

Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and CRM tools expertise.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of logistics and warehousing operations.

Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
