Urgent Hiring: Sales Head Warehousing Express Logistics Location: Gurgaon Salary: 80,000 – 1,00,000/month (Based on experience & interview performance) Warehousing Express Logistics is actively seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead and expand our sales function. The ideal candidate must have 15+ years of experience in logistics/warehousing sales, with at least 10 years in 3PL services. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify target markets, develop sales strategies, and set achievable goals. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. New Business Development: Generate leads, deliver compelling pitches, and close high-value deals. Client Relationship Management: Retain key accounts and identify growth opportunities. Pipeline & Forecast Management: Track opportunities, monitor performance, and generate forecasts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, marketing, and support teams. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Requirements Experience: Minimum 15 years in logistics/warehousing/supply chain sales, with 8+ years in 3PL. Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and CRM tools expertise. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of logistics and warehousing operations. Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
