Position: Sales Head – Surgical Equipment Location: Rajasthan Language Requirement: Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory; Marwadi preferred. salary: 20k to 30k Role Summary We are hiring a dynamic Sales Head to lead surgical equipment sales in Rajasthan . The ideal candidate will have strong regional experience, a proven sales record in medical equipment, and a well-established healthcare network. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of surgical equipment across hospitals and clinics in Rajasthan Develop strategic sales plans and achieve revenue targets Build strong client relationships with doctors, hospitals, and procurement teams Conduct product demos and support medical teams Monitor competitor activities and generate sales reports Eligibility Criteria Experience : 2–5 years in surgical/medical equipment sales B2B sales experience with hospitals or healthcare providers Existing network with healthcare professionals is mandatory Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Target-driven and self-motivated Familiarity with medical sales regulations Willingness to travel across the state Education : Graduate in Business, Life Sciences, or related field MBA preferred but not required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: medical equipment sales: 1 year (Required) Language: marwadi (Required) English (Required) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
