Sales Head - Manufacturing & Trading Division

our manufacturing vertical, we also represent and distribute world-class imported machinery in the printing and converting domain. We are on a growth journey and seek a dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales operations across both divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for both manufactured machinery (flexo, coating, converting solutions) and imported machinery (packaging & industrial solutions).

• Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team across domestic and international markets.

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and ensure achievement of annual sales targets.

• Strengthen client relationships, key accounts, and global distributor/partner networks.

• Identify and develop new market opportunities in India, MENA, CIS, and Southeast Asia.

• Collaborate with senior management to align sales initiatives with company strategy.

• Represent NBG at international and domestic exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15–20 years of experience in capital goods / printing / converting / coating machinery sales.

• Proven track record of scaling sales organizations and achieving growth targets.

• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role managing sales teams.

• Strong network and exposure to both domestic and international markets.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Engineering or business degree preferred; MBA is a plus.
