Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team across domestic and international markets. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and ensure achievement of annual sales targets. Strengthen client relationships, key accounts, and global distributor/partner networks. Identify and develop new market opportunities in India, MENA, CIS, and Southeast Asia. Collaborate with senior management to align sales initiatives with company strategy. Proven track record of scaling sales organizations and achieving growth targets. Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role managing sales teams. Strong network and exposure to both domestic and international markets. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
