We’re Hiring: Sales Head– Luxury Real Estate Location: Jaipur We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced business leader to join us. This role is core to our growth and reports directly to the MD. The candidate has to create new team under him. Our company is a new-age luxury real estate brand with premium projects in the pipeline, including: A signature golf-course township Luxury hotels and mixed-use developments High-end residential projects Key Responsibilities: Work directly with the Managing Director on strategic business execution Build, lead and structure cross-functional teams (including Sales, Marketing, CRM, Partnerships. Be involved in 360° of the business: planning, execution, partnerships, investor relations, customer experience Develop go-to-market strategies for every phase of the project: pre-launch, launch, post-launch, and completion Collaborate with architects, interior designers, contractors and consultants to align product with market demands Conduct in-depth market trend analysis and provide key inputs in project planning Handle client relations with NRIs, HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, channel partners & institutional investors Represent the company at national & international real estate expos and luxury investment forums Build an internal culture of ownership, performance and innovation Set and track KPIs across business functions and align them with the brand vision What We’re Looking For: Graduate (MBA preferred, not mandatory) 10+ years experience in real estate business leadership (luxury/premium preferred) Proven team-building and cross-functional leadership experience Strong network and proven ability to deal with top-tier clientele Excellent understanding of real estate lifecycle, buyer behavior, and brand positioning Commercially strategic with high execution capability Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Please mention the industries you have worked throughout your career?
